How long does mobile automotive tinting take?

Most sedan and SUV installations take between 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on vehicle size and window count. We'll give you a clearer time estimate when you share your vehicle details.

What do I need to provide for mobile installation?

All we need is access to the vehicle, door clearance to work around the glass, and a relatively clean environment such as a driveway, garage, or shaded parking space. We bring everything else.

What window tint shades are legal in Florida?

Florida law sets specific visible light transmission (VLT) limits for different window positions and vehicle types. We can walk you through what's allowed for your vehicle so you stay compliant.

How long should I wait before rolling down my windows?

We recommend waiting 3 to 5 days after installation for the film adhesive to fully cure. Rolling the windows down too soon can shift the film edge. We'll remind you at the time of install.

Do you come to my workplace in Lakeland?

Yes. As long as there's a safe, suitable place to work on the vehicle, we can install at your home, office, or workplace anywhere in Lakeland and the surrounding area.

About Mobile Auto Tinting

Florida heat can make vehicle interiors unbearable and degrade seats, dashboards, and electronics over time. Our mobile window tinting service delivers shop-quality ceramic and carbon window film installations directly to your location.

We Come To You

No dropping off your car or waiting in uncomfortable waiting rooms. We arrive fully equipped at your home or workplace.

Computer-Cut Precision

Films are computer-measured and pre-cut specifically for your vehicle make, model, and year for a seamless, factory-finish fit.

What to Expect

When you request a quote, we'll ask for your vehicle's year, make, model, and your location. On installation day, Stanley arrives in a fully equipped mobile tint van, cleans and preps each window, computer-cuts the film to your vehicle's exact specs, and carefully installs and trims the film for a clean finish. Most vehicles are completed in a single visit at your home or workplace.

Factors That Can Affect Your Job

Vehicle size and number of windows — larger vehicles and more glass take longer.
Film shade and type — darker or higher-performance films may differ in availability.
Existing film that needs to be removed before a new install.
Weather and work environment — a shaded or covered space helps the film cure cleanly.

Aftercare

After installation, wait 3 to 5 days before rolling your windows down so the adhesive can fully cure. You may notice some small water bubbles or a hazy look during the first few days — this is normal as moisture dries out and the film settles. Avoid cleaning the film with abrasive materials or ammonia-based cleaners; a soft cloth and mild soap work best.
